Lowered scipy requirement for Hugging Face compatibility

Removed langchain and llama-cpp-python (not actively supported anymore) dependencies. Updated packages. Updated default dataset

Updated Dockerfile so it actually works. Modified config file to include/exclude models and change relevant options as needed. Fixed thumbs up/down feedback.
