Adds a standalone text-only chat_template.jinja while preserving the native Qwen2.5 ChatML and JSON-in- format. No thinking-mode or Qwen3-Coder XML syntax is introduced. The same template is mirrored in tokenizer_config.json for compatibility with older serving stacks.
