permission error or file not available error when downloading this model

it downloads up to 99% then next is an error message either "no permission" or "file not available/file not present" it happens with big models I have noticed. I already granted full permission to the download HD/ tried different browsers including chrome/ using API key in Civitai/disabled antivirus..nothing seem work..
Please Help!
