Directory guide

teachers/sft/<backbone>/<task>/ contains supervised fine-tuning teacher checkpoints.
teachers/rl/<backbone>/<task>/ contains reinforcement learning teacher checkpoints.
sd35 refers to SD3.5-Medium; zimage refers to Z-Image.
students/ contains student checkpoints. B1 denotes the SD3.5-Medium backbone and B1-ZI denotes the Z-Image backbone. The directory names also identify the student family (TI or TIM) and variant (Dance, Diffusion, or Flow). Each student directory has a final/ checkpoint; some also include a time-matched/ checkpoint.
e5/ contains E5-A and E5-B checkpoint groups. The nested directory names identify the scorer or objective and, where applicable, the direct, t2i, i2i, or edit-r2 variant.
MODEL_INDEX.json maps checkpoint identifiers to their directories and backbones.
