How to improve the speed of this model

Loved this model,
But want help in 3 issues
- Make it less robotic
- improve speed, it takes about 700 ms how to bring it to sub 500ms ?
- Keeps giving word not in dictionary, we update the dictiornary with missing words but anyway to add all the words?
