I am writing to request a re-evaluation of my access application for meta-llama/Llama-3.1-8B-Instruct, which was recently rejected.

I am a researcher/student focusing on NLP and Question Answering systems. My intended use for this model is strictly for academic research and evaluation purposes. specifically to test RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) performance on datasets like HotpotQA.

I have updated my Hugging Face profile with my accurate details. I fully agree to comply with the Community License Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy.

Could you please reconsider my request?
