What's the resolution of dataset images?

According to various tutorials, I was told that the resolution of dataset images should be controlled under 512 x 512. Are those fine-rendered images' sizes larger than 512 x 512?
I used 512x512 as well, but some people are already using images with higher resolution. Just make sure that your DB version doesn't automatically rescales them to 512

Thanks, I got that.
